What Makes a Liability Case? Product Liability Attorneys in Atlanta, Georgia
In a car not covered under warranty, would the company/dealer still fix airbag and seatbelt malfunctions?
Recently, the driver’s seat belt broke in my 1995 Saab 900S, and yesterday the passenger side airbag went off while I was driving down a newly paved road @ 40 mph. I think these are product liability issues, not insurance or warranty issues. Seat belts mechanisms in a car like that are not supposed to just break, and certainly there is no excuse for an airbag spontaneously going off while driving, endangering my life.
Am I right? Do I have a case for them to fix these things without charging me?
No but nice try
